As long as your order has not yet left our Logistics Centre, you can edit it easily via our online portal. You'll know if this is possible as a shipping confirmation email is sent upon order dispatch. Change your billing or delivery address, cancel items - you can do all of this directly in the Customer Portal.
The cancellation or edit won't work? Then please contact our Customer Service Team via our contact form. Our team can also update addresses or perform cancellations on your behalf.
